Grades of Stainless Steel
We provide stainless-steel bars and rods in grades 304 and 316. Grade 304 is a common choice, it is most widely used stainless steel grade and works great for welding, while grade 316 is known for its excellent resistance to corrosion, commonly used outdoors or in particularly demanding applications like marine environments. Although grades 303 and 304 are quite similar, sometimes interchangeable and can be used in similar ways, each has specific features that make it better for certain uses. 303 free-machining variant of 304, ideal for applications requiring extensive machining. 304 is slightly harder material and also has better anti corrosive properties.
